Monmouth's So Sweet A Cat Field recently completed a major renovation to install a new state-of-the-art turf field and irrigation system to support the highly successful field hockey program; winners of five consecutive MAAC regular season championships. The field is FIH certified with hockey gold synthetic turf and automated water cannons underneath the surface to ensure optimal playing conditions. To complete the makeover to So Sweet A Cat Field, Monmouth Field Hockey currently is raising funds to install a new scoreboard!
The upgraded board will include statistical information for shots and saves along with penalty time clocks. The project goal is $50,000 in commitments to begin construction. All donations are 100% tax deductible and all supporters who give $100 or more will be recognized on a plaque at So Sweet A Cat Field.
