You can make TWICE the impact!

Grow with your local community
The Virginia A. Cory Community Garden dedicates 5,000 square feet to growing food to donate to people in need. Currently, the garden is hand-watered with hoses, the most inefficient irrigation method. With an automated drip irrigation system, we can:
- Optimize the irrigation and increase the yield
- Reduce freshwater waste
- Eliminate the time-consuming task to hand-water the garden.
In short, A drip irrigation system will enable us to produce more food with less water waste, and help more people in need!
How will your gift make an impact?
When you make a gift to support the Virginia A. Cory Community Garden and the Dripping Irrigation System project, you are helping people who are food insecure, including Monmouth University students. The success of this project represents a critical step toward providing healthy, nutritious, local and sustainable food for needy people in our community. If the cost of the irrigation system is met, any additional monies will benefit the overall success of the Virginia. A. Cory Community Garden at Monmouth University.
