Monmouth Football has opened the 2021 fall season as the two-time defending Big South Champions. The Hawks are eager to make it three in a row and return to the NCAA FCS Playoffs. .
The 2021 season has begun welcoming fans back to our game, however; the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause significant economic and budgetary challenges to all of collegiate athletics. Important revenue streams that support all 24 Monmouth Athletics programs including ticket sales, sponsorships, and disbursements from the NCAA remained significantly reduced while the day-to-day expenses of operating a successful football program haven't changed.
