The Athletics Director's Excellence Fund supports department wide initiatives allowing each of our programs to receive enhanced support beyond their individual operating budgets. As the Hawks begin their second year as members of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), donor support is critical to maintaining the standard of excellence associated with Monmouth Athletics.

A few examples of how funds can be used include:

• Making facility upgrades to bring our resources in line with fellow CAA member institutions.
• Bolstering travel, recruiting and operational budgets for all programs.
• Producing career networking and personal development events for student athletes.
• Continued investment in high quality Monmouth Digital Network video broadcasts staffed primarily by Monmouth students.
• Providing innovative social media content to allow student athletes to build their own personal brands.
• Supporting postseason expenses for teams that advance to conference and national championship tournaments.
