The Latin American Student Organization (LASO) is a vibrant and inclusive club committed to creating a welcoming space for underrepresented groups on campus. Our club helps foster an atmosphere that encourages the celebration of traditions, languages, and customs, which enriches the overall cultural experience at Monmouth University.
How will your gift make an impact?
Your contribution will aid LASO in organizing events that encourage students to explore and understand the backgrounds of their peers. Through initiatives like the Annual Movie Night, Latin Dance Night, Mental Health in Latin Communities, Cafecito con LASO, and a Career Panel featuring Latino/a/x Alumni, LASO seeks to expose the campus community to different perspectives, fostering a deeper understanding of diverse backgrounds. The funds raised will directly benefit LASO now and in the future by enhancing the student experience and promoting cultural awareness at Monmouth University.
