The club creates opportunities for students of all majors to connect with professionals, attend workshops, and participate in networking events that prepare them for the workforce.

The Human Resources Club at Monmouth University is student organization dedicated to helping students develop leadership, communication, and career skills through hands-on HR experiences. Funds raised will support HR Club members and activities that promote professional and personal growth. Donations will be used to host career-building workshops, bring in guest speakers, organize networking events, and cover meeting and event materials – now and in the future. These funds will help students from all majors gain valuable real-world skills, build professional connections, and prepare for successful careers.
