CommWorks: Students Committed to Performance is a student organization within the Communication Department at Monmouth University that celebrates storytelling and performance. The club explores a variety of spoken word formats—including stories, poems, plays, songs, and more—to communicate ideas and emotions across multiple platforms such as the stage, television, radio, and digital media.

How will your gift make an impact?

Your gift can significantly enhance the experiences of students involved with CommWorks at Monmouth University. Donations will directly support guest speaker sessions, events, and opportunities for students to perform and connect through creative expression. Funding will also help cover travel for field trips such as Broadway excursions, theater performances, communication and arts conferences, poetry slams, and other live productions that deepen students’ understanding of performance and storytelling. With your support, CommWorks can continue to grow its programming, bring larger events to life, and provide enriching experiences that inspire creativity and confidence.
